In response to the COVID-19 restrictions we have developed a policy to support our current  business customers through his difficult time. In order to keep our business operational and our retail operation functioning we will be...

    1. Prioritising the transition of our business clients.
    2. Temporarily closing  domestic repairs in our workshop.
    3. Restricting movement in our retail store
    4. Closing  printing, laminating or copying services
    5. Encouraging contactless payment only instore
    6. Outcalls will be reserved for business clients only

      Our retail operation will remain open for everyone (with contact restrictions) and we will be working hard to maintain stock levels of hardware, inks, toners and related peripherals to support our Casino residents. We will continue to follow the state government's direction in relation to our retail operation.

      At Country I.T. we are totally cloud enabled, this means all our resources and tools are accessible to our staff at home. This will ensure we can support our business clients in the event we are required to work from home. Whilst we are experiencing significant stock interruptions, our focus will remain on implementing solutions so you can perform your work. We are committed to this endeavour and will be available to our business clients for outcalls.

        We understand that these measures will create some inconvenience for some customers. We apologise for any difficulties caused. It is important Country I.T. ensure our staff are able to support our valued customers during this crisis by remaining healthy and available.
